Porcelain Veneers

Porcelain veneers are durable and stain-resistant, but they still require proper care. Brush twice daily with a non-abrasive toothpaste and floss regularly. Avoid biting hard objects like ice, pens, or fingernails, which can chip the veneers. If you grind your teeth at night, wear a protective mouthguard. Continue regular dental check-ups and professional cleanings every six months. With proper care, porcelain veneers can last 10-15 years or more before needing replacement.
